Hello beautiful being! I'm Sallie a hypnotherapist, a master NLP practitioner, life and health coach, BLAST trauma reprocessing practitioner, Reiki practitioner and an Indian head masseuse.
I consult and specialise in helping people deal with traumatic life experiences, quitting smoking, improving their performance, sleeping easy, managing anxiety or stress and learning to relax.
I work from Earith, a village in Cambridgeshire and also online via Zoom where appropriate. I can support you no matter where you are located.

Will help reduce symptoms of anxiety and stress such as headaches, jaw clenching and neck and back pain. It can help you sleep and learn to relax.
The massage can be carried out with oils with you wrapped in a
towel. If you prefer it can be over clothes with no oils.
I start with your upper back, shoulders and arms, moving to your hands and fingers. Then the neck, head, scalp and finally your face.
Helps free you from the impact of past events that are still troubling you. It doesn't have to have been a major trauma, it can be an emotional or physical shock that causes you to think, feel and behave differently afterwards.
